  1. Do I need to travel to Vanuatu for the application?

While it’s not always necessary to travel to Vanuatu for the application, applicants may be required to visit for specific steps in the process or to finalize their investment.

  1. What types of investments are accepted?

Investments typically include real estate, government bonds, or contributions to approved development projects. Specific amounts and criteria can vary, so it's advisable to consult our team for detailed information.

  1. What is a FIU Check ?

The FIU Check is a crucial government assessment conducted by the Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit, which is linked to Interpol. This check determines whether your application can proceed by evaluating any financial adversities such as legal cases, court orders, or criminal activity.

  1. How much does a FIU Check cost?

The cost for a FIU Check is USD 5,000 and is non-refundable. If your result is non-adverse, you can proceed to sign a Service Engagement Agreement with us and start the further process of documentation

  1. What is a Service Engagement Agreement?

A Service Engagement Agreement is a contract between the designated DSP agent and the applicant or sub-agent.

  1. What do I need for a FIU Check??

You will need to provide your valid passport, police clearance, CV, and the relevant FIU fee of USD 5,000.

  1. Where can I find application forms?

All application forms are provided upon request. We can assist you in filling them out and ensuring that you provide all necessary documents according to the checklist we supply.

  1. How much do Vanuatu Passports cost?

Single 1 Person ​up to USD 130,000
Married Couple up to USD USD 150,000
Married Couple + 1 Child up to USD 165,000,

  1. What are the terms of payment?

After a clear FIU Check (non-adverse) and signing the Service Agreement, you may choose to pay the full amount or a 25% deposit initially, with the remaining 75% due after you receive the Initial Approval in Principle.

  1. How long does the process take?

The entire process typically takes 30 to 60 days (1-2 months). You can expedite your application by ensuring that all documents are valid and submitted promptly.

  1. What if my documents are incorrect or falsified?

False or improper documents are not accepted and may lead to penalties. If a false declaration is discovered, your application will be instantly canceled with no refund.

  1. What is an Initial Approval in Principle (AIP)?

Once your application is complete and submitted, the Screening Committee reviews it. If clear, they will issue an AIP, and you will be required to pay the remaining balance if it hasn’t been paid in full.

  1. What happens after full payment?

After the funds are cleared, we ensure everything is prepared for printing your citizenship certificate and passport.

  1. How do I receive my Citizenship Certificate and Passport?
  1. Travel to Vanuatu to take your Oath, after which you will receive your certificate and passport.

  2. Take your Oath overseas, but you will need to cover the costs for a local Immigration Officer's travel and accommodation. A quotation will be provided upon request.

  1. What happens if I don't pay the remaining 75% balance?

If the balance is not paid within 90 days, your application will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

  1. How do you communicate with clients?
